摘要
目的探究全面质量管理的管理学手段(FOCUS-PDCA)管理模式在优化医院感染护理管理流程中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月潍坊市妇幼保健院145名护士作为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年1月实施常规护理管理为对照组,2023年2月—2024年1月实施FOCUS-PDCA管理模式为研究组。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组管理期间未发生医院感染事件,对照组管理期间发生医院感染10起,观察组发生情况少于对照组。观察组环境消毒、无菌品管控、消毒物品管理、医废处置评分分别为(26.52±2.03)分、(23.43±1.55)分、(22.84±1.62)分与(18.84±1.72)分,均高于对照组的(19.25±1.87)分、(20.37±1.28)分、(20.37±1.30)分与(15.75±0.91)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=31.718,18.330,14.319,19.122;P均<0.05)。观察组护士院感知识知晓率为97.24%(141/145),高于对照组的77.93%(113/145),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.864,P<0.001)。结论FOCUS-PDCA管理模式能有效提升护士医院感染知识知晓情况,有利于积极落实院感管理措施,对降低医院感染风险有重要作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the FOCUS-PDCA(a comprehensive quality management tool)management model in optimizing hospital infection nursing management processes.Methods A total of 145 nurses from Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group(January 2022 to January 2023,with routine nursing management)and a study group(February 2023 to January 2024,with the FOCUS-PDCA management model).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results During the management period,no nosocomial infection incidents occurred in the study group,while 10 cases occurred in the control group.The occurrence in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The scores of the study group in environmental disinfection,sterile product control,disinfected item management,and medical waste disposal were 26.52±2.03,23.43±1.55,22.84±1.62,and 18.84±1.72 respectively,which were higher than 19.25±1.87,20.37±1.28,20.37±1.30,15.75±0.91 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=31.718,18.330,14.319,19.122;all P<0.05).The awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge among nurses in the study group was 97.24%(141/145),which was higher than 77.93%(113/145)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.864,P<0.001).Conclusion The FOCUS-PDCA management model can effectively improve nurses'awareness of hospital infection knowledge,facilitate their active implementation of infection management measures,and play an important role in reducing the risk of hospital infection.
