摘要
本文深入分析公立医院三产企业所面临的各类风险,结合某三甲医院三产企业管理现状,归纳总结管理方案。该方案强调多部门协同、多维度监督,进一步强化对公立医院三产企业风险的管控,完善风险防控体系,实现公立医院三产企业的可持续运营与发展。
This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the various risks faced by tertiary industry enterprises in public hospitals,and combines the current management status of a tertiary industry enterprise in a certain tertiary hospital to summarize the management plan.This plan emphasizes multi-departmental collaboration and multi-dimensional supervision,further strengthening the risk control of tertiary industry enterprises in public hospitals,improving the risk prevention and control system,and achieving the sustainable operation and development of tertiary industry enterprises in public hospitals.
