水稻收获技术对再生稻生产的影响

摘要 再生稻种植作为“一次播种、两季收获”的高效栽培模式,对保障粮食安全具有重要意义。但是再生季稻产量和效益的稳定性高度依赖于头季稻收获环节对稻桩的保存质量,水稻联合收获机的作业技术在此环节具有决定性的影响。在系统分析水稻收获机碾压损伤、割桩高度控制、收割作业质量对再生腋芽萌发影响机制的基础上,探讨了优化收获机参数、推广适宜机型及配套农艺措施的关键技术路径。分析结果表明,农机农艺深度融合是实现再生稻高产高效的核心,需在品种选育、栽培模式创新、智能收获装备研发及标准化体系建设方面持续协同发力。 As an efficient production mode of"one sowing with two harvesting",cultivation of regenerated rice is of great significance for ensuring grain security.However,the stability of yield and benefits of regenerated rice is highly dependent on the preservation quality of rice piles during harvesting process of the first season,and harvesting technology of rice combine harvesters plays a decisive role in the process.Based on analysis of impact mechanisms of rice piles crushing damage by combine harvester,cutting piles height control and harvesting operation quality on germination of regenerated axillary buds,key technical paths for optimizing harvester parameters,promoting suitable harvester models and supporting agronomic measures were explored.Analysis results showed that deep integration of agricultural machinery with agronomy was the core to achieve high yield and efficiency of regenerated rice production,and continuous collaborative efforts were needed in aspects such as rice variety breeding,innovative cultivation modes,research and development of intelligent harvesting equipment and standardization system construction.
