摘要
针对渐进成形工艺对协作机器人的应用需求,分析了协作机器人在板材、管材和型材成形等典型渐进成形工艺中的应用现状。根据渐进成形工艺的特点,探讨了协作机器人在轨迹规划、力控策略以及专用末端执行器设计等方面的控制策略。研究表明,将协作机器人应用于渐进成形工艺可提高生产效率、改善产品质量并降低生产成本,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the application requirements of collaborative robots in progressive forming process,the current application status of collaborative robots in typical progressive forming processes such as plate,pipe and profile forming is analyzed.According to the characteristics of progressive forming process,the control strategies of collaborative robots in trajectory planning,force control strategy and special end-effector design are discussed.The study shows that the application of collaborative robots in the progressive molding process can improve the production efficiency,product quality and reduce the production cost,and has a broad application prospect.
