摘要
螺旋卸船机工作过程中可能出现水平螺旋轴断裂行为,首先分析螺旋卸船机水平螺旋的运行机理,阐述其在电机驱动下的工作原理。随后运用齿轮预置疲劳裂纹扩展模型,针对裂纹扩展速率,明确水平螺旋轴的疲劳裂纹在不同阶段的延伸速度。同时开展疲劳裂纹扩展应力强度分析,掌握应力强度对裂纹扩展的作用机制。最后通过水平螺旋断裂准则及剪切带裂纹间距分析,旨在揭示水平螺旋轴在疲劳裂纹作用下的断裂行为规律,为螺旋卸船机水平螺旋轴的故障预防、维护策略制定以及结构优化提供可靠的理论支撑,助力提升设备运行的稳定性与可靠性。
During the operation of screw dischargers,horizontal spiral shaft fracture may occur.This study first analyzes the operational mechanism of the horizontal spiral and explains its working principle under motor drive.Subsequently,a gear pre-fabricated fatigue crack propagation model is applied to determine the crack propagation rate at different stages of horizontal spiral shaft fatigue cracks.Simultaneously,stress-intensity analysis of fatigue crack propagation is conducted to understand the mechanism of stress intensity on crack growth.Finally,through analysis of horizontal spiral fracture criteria and shear band crack spacing,this research aims to reveal the fracture behavior patterns of horizontal spiral shafts under fatigue cracks.These findings provide reliable theoretical support for fault prevention,maintenance strategies,and structural optimization of screw dischargers'horizontal spiral shafts,thereby enhancing equipment stability and reliability.
