摘要
为了解决热镀锌钢管生产中的管尾锌层堆积(甩尾)现象,提高热镀锌管的表面质量,基于现有生产设备、工艺的特点,设计了一种引上惯性抑制设备,该设备由机械部分和控制系统两部分组成,利用变频器的减速时间功能,实现热镀锌管在引上过程中的减速运动,避免产生锌层堆积现象,在不影响产量的前提下,提高热镀锌管的表面质量。
To solve the problem of zinc layer accumulation at the tail of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes in production and enhance the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized pipes,based on the characteristics of existing production equipment and processes,an upward inertial suppression device was designed.This device consists of a mechanical part and a control system.By utilizing the deceleration time function of the frequency converter,it enables the deceleration movement of hot-dip galvanized pipes during the upward process,preventing the occurrence of tailing.This approach improves the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized pipes without affecting production output.
