摘要
目的:分析心理弹性支持联合时效激励在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月徐州医科大学附属徐州东方医院收治的抑郁症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理弹性支持与时效激励。比较两组幸福指数、认知功能、自尊水平。结果:干预后,观察组积极情绪、投入、人际关系、意义、成就评分及总分高于干预前与同期对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组可重复的成套心理状态测验量表、自尊量表评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理弹性支持联合时效激励在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者认知功能,提高患者幸福指数、自尊水平。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological resilience support combined with timeliness incentive in the nursing of patients with depression.Methods:A total of 80 patients with depression admitted to Xuzhou Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychological resilience support combined with timeliness incentive on the basis of control group.The happiness index,cognitive function,and self-esteem levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of positive emotion,involvement,interpersonal relationship,significance,achievement and total scores in the observation group were higher than those before intervention and those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS)and Self-Esteem Scale in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological resilience support combined with timeliness incentive has a significant application effect in the nursing of patients with depression,and can ameliorate the cognitive function of patients,and improve the happiness index and self-esteem levels of patients.
