摘要
目的:分析精细化营养支持在食管癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月河西学院附属张掖人民医院收治的食管癌患者62例作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组实施常规营养支持,观察组实施精细化营养支持。比较两组恢复指标、营养指标及生活质量评分。结果:观察组首次排便时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均早于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组白蛋白、总蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组机体状态、家庭情况、活力情况、病情发展评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:精细化营养支持在食管癌根治术后患者中的应用效果显著,可促进患者胃肠功能恢复,改善患者营养状况,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of refined nutritional support in patients after radical surgery for esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 62 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nutritional support,and the observation group was given refined nutritional support.The recovery indicators,nutritional indicators and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The first defecation time,the first anal exhaust time,the first feeding time,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.001).After nursing,the levels of albumin,total protein,prealbumin and transferrin in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical condition,family situation,vitality and disease development in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of refined nutritional support in patients after radical surgery for esophageal cancer is significant,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,ameliorate the nutritional status and improve the quality of life of patients.
