摘要
目的:探讨心理干预在老年心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年6月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的老年心肌梗死患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受心理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者护理总满意度为96.7%,高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:心理干预能够有效缓解老年心肌梗死患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological interventions on the basis of control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than that in the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in elderly patients with myocardial infarction and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
