摘要
目的:探讨规范化中药处方管理在中药合理使用中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1—6月徐州市中医院开具的284张中药处方作为对照组,选取2024年7—12月开具的211张中药处方作为试验组。对照组采用常规处方管理模式,试验组采用规范化中药处方管理模式。比较两组中药处方管理质量、不合理处方及用药不合理情况。结果:试验组处方开具、处方审核、处方调配、处方核发、药学服务、不良反应监测评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组不合理处方、用药不合理占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化中药处方管理能提高中药处方管理质量,并减少处方不合理及用药不合理情况,对促进中药合理应用具有重要价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized traditional Chinese medicine prescription management in rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 284 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions issued by Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the control group,and 211 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions issued from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the experimental group.The control group underwent conventional prescription management,and the experimental group underwent standardized traditional Chinese medicine prescription management.The quality of traditional Chinese medicine prescription management,irrational prescription,and irrational medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of prescription issuance,prescription review,prescription dispensing,pharmaceutical services,and adverse reaction monitoring and total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The proportions of irrational prescription and irrational medication in the experi-mental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized traditional Chinese medicine pre-scription management can improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine prescription management and reduce the irrational prescription and irrational medication,and has important value in promoting the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.
