摘要
目的宫颈细胞学与活检病理在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的作用探析。方法抽选我院2021年10月至2024年10月期间行宫颈细胞学检查12085例和行宫颈活检的2961例患者,观察诊断结果,将病理检查结果作为金标准。结果宫颈细胞学检查与活检组织病理诊断结果相符率分别是低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)91.78%(134/146)、高度鳞状上皮内病变HSIL64.44%(29/45)、鳞状细胞癌SCC100%(7/7)。结论宫颈细胞学检查可显著提高宫颈癌及癌前病变检出率,对宫颈癌早期诊断存在重要意义,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the role of cervical cytology and biopsy pathology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Method 12085 patients who underwent cervical cytology examination and 2961 patients who underwent cervical biopsy in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were randomly selected.The diagnostic results were observed,and the pathological examination results were used as the gold standard.Results The consistency rates between cervical cytology examination and biopsy pathology diagnosis were 91.78%(134/146)for low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL),44.44%(29/45)for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL),and 100%(7/7)for squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).Conclusion Cervical cytology examination can significantly improve the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,and has important significance for early diagnosis of cervical cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
