摘要
目的在结直肠癌患者治疗期间辅助应用区域医联体模式联合延续性智慧护理服务的随访管理,探索分析该模式的干预效果。方法选取锦州医科大学附属第一医院2017年7月至2019年9月收治的结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,在该时间跨度内挑选110例当作研究样本,利用随机数字表法进行分组,划分为对照组(归类到该组的患者进行常规护理,样本量为55例)与研究组(纳入该组的对象开展区域医联体模式联合延续性智慧护理服务的随访管理,样本量为55例)。对比两组的自我管理能力、自护能力、生活质量、心理状态、自我感受负担、希望水平、社会支持度及营养状况。结果研究组较对照组,其自我管理能力评分、自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency,ESCA)评分、生活质量各维度评分、希望量表(herth hope index,HHI)评分及社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)评分更高,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(hamilton anxiety,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression,HAMD)评分及自我感受负担量表(self-percrived burden,SPBS)评分更低(P<0.05)。在血红蛋白与血清白蛋白上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌患者护理时开展区域医联体模式联合延续性智慧护理服务的随访管理,有助于增强自我管理能力与自护能力,提升生活质量,改善心理状态及营养状态,减轻自我感受负担,提高希望水平和社会支持度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the intervention effects of a follow-up management model that combines regional medical consortium(RMC)+continuous smart nursing services for colorectal cancer patients during their treatment.Methods The study selected colorectal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 as the subjects.Within this time frame,110 patients were selected as the research sample and divided into a control group(55 patients who received routine care)and a treatment group(55 patients who received follow-up management through a regional medical consortium model combined with continuous smart nursing services).The study compared the self-management ability,self-care ability,quality of life,psychological state,self-perceived burden,hope level,social support,and nutritional status between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in self-management ability,ESCA,quality of life,HHI and SSRS,and lower scores in HAMA,HAMD and SPBS(P<0.05).In hemoglobin and serum albumin,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up management of regional medical consortium model+continuous intelligent nursing service in the care of colorectal cancer patients can help enhance self-management ability and self-care ability,improve quality of life,improve psychological state and nutritional state,reduce self-perceived burden,improve hope level and social support,and has high clinical application value.
