摘要
中医学强调人体正气在恶性肿瘤防治中的重要作用,扶正祛邪类药物通过平衡阴阳来治疗肿瘤,这与现代医学中的肿瘤免疫治疗理念相似。免疫治疗通过抑制肿瘤的免疫逃逸和恢复人体免疫功能,维持免疫微环境平衡,体现了中医扶正祛邪的理论。文章综述了近年来扶正祛邪类药物在结直肠癌免疫治疗中的研究进展,为结直肠癌的治疗提供了有益的参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes the critical role of vital qi in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Medicinals categorized as strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogens treat tumors by balancing yin and yang,a concept analogous to modern tumor immunotherapy.Immunotherapy combats tumors by inhibiting immune escape and restoring the body's immune function,thereby maintaining immune microenvironmental homeostasis a principle embodying the TCM theory of strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogens.This article reviews recent research advances on strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogens medicinals within colorectal cancer immunotherapy,offering valuable insights for colorectal cancertreatment.
