摘要
谢京红教授在临床中遵循张景岳精血理论内涵,传承其导师首都国医名师蔡连香教授诊治妇科疾病重视精血的学术思想,在治疗不孕症方面疗效显著。谢教授认为虽然不孕症病因病机复杂,但寻其主要发病机制为精血匮乏所致,精血充沛胎孕易成、精血匮乏胎孕难成。治疗中强调谨守病机首重培补精血。文章详细阐述谢京红教授从精血理论治疗不孕症的学术思想,并积极在临床工作中实践,取得良好效果。
In clinical practice,professor XIE Jinghong followed the connotation of ZHANG Jingyue's theory of seminal blood and inherited the academic thought of his mentor,professor CAI Lianxiang,a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor in the capital city,that he paid attention to seminal blood in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases,and had a significant effect in the treatment of infertility.Professor XIE believes that although the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility are complex,the main pathogenesis is caused by the deficiency of seminal blood.The fetus with abundant seminal blood is easy to achieve pregnancy,while the fetus with deficient seminal blood is difficult to achieve pregnancy.In the treatment,it is emphasized to pay attention to the first step of pathogenesis and strengthen the seminal blood.This paper,expounds on the academic thought of professor XIE Jinghong in the treatment of infertility from the theory of seminal blood,and actively practices it in the primary clinical work,which has achieved good results and benefited a lot.
