摘要
虚里一词来源于两千余年前中医学的奠基之作《黄帝内经》,古代先贤们认为虚里与心脏关系紧密,虚里部位对于心脏疾病的诊察与治疗均具有独特的作用。通过探讨主要得到以下结论:虚里状态与心脏的生理性联系主要表现在虚里与心气、宗气关系两个方面;虚里状态变化诊察的临床意义在于通过望、切心尖搏动的种种动态等操作方式以诊察人体心气、宗气的盛衰状况。通过古今中西医理相互印证的方法发现虚里搏动异常与西医心系疾病的心力衰竭过程有着明确的对应关系。所以在中、西医诊断技术都已较为发达的今日,回归至中医理论的思维模式下,从生理、病理学角度出发探究虚里与心脏的诊疗关系及其临床意义对于中医诊法的传承与创新依旧具有重要的价值。
The term‘Xu Li’originates from the foundational work of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the Huangdi Neijing,written over two thousand years ago.Ancient scholars believed that Xu Li is closely related to the heart and plays a unique role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.Through exploration,we have reached the following conclusions:the physiological connection between Xu Li and the heart mainly manifests in the relationship between Xu Li,heart qi,and zong qi.The clinical significance of diagnosing changes in Xu Li lies in using methods such as observing and palpating the apical pulse to assess the status of heart qi and zong qi.By cross-referencing ancient and modern Chinese and Western medical theories,it was discovered that abnormalities in Xu Li pulsation correspond clearly to the heart failure processes in western medicine.Therefore,in today's advanced state of both TCM and Western diagnostic techniques,returning to the theoretical framework of TCM to explore the diagnostic and therapeutic relationship between Xu Li and the heart from a physiological and pathological perspective remains of great value for the inheritance and innovation of TCM diagnostic methods.
