摘要
免疫系统作为人体自我保护的防御系统,帮助人体对抗疾病,维持秩序和平衡。而在对抗疾病和维持秩序平衡等方面,人类的免疫系统受遗传、环境、性别和年龄共同驱动,呈现出多样性,进而导致易感疾病的不同。中医体质学认为,由于遗传、环境、性别、年龄的影响,造成了个体体质不同,表现为对外界刺激反应等方面的个体差异性,对某些病因和疾病的易感性,以及疾病传变转归中的某种倾向性,这与西医系统中“免疫系统相关疾病流行差异是易感个体对触发因素的反应不同中发展起来”理论不谋而合。文章系统总结了体质与免疫的相关性,调体防治免疫相关疾病,为从体质出发解读免疫多样性、破译人群免疫力多样化密码、促进精准诊疗提供线索。
The immune system,as the body's self-protective defense system,helps body fight disease and maintains order and balance.The diversity of immune system is driven by a combination of genetics,environment,gender,and age,which in turn result in a diversity of susceptibility to disease.According to body constitution in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the influences of genetics,environment,gender,and age results in different people's body constitution,which is manifested as individual variability in response to external stimuli,susceptibility to certain causes and diseases,as well as a certain tendency in the regression of diseases.Theory of body constitution in TCM coincides with the viewpoint of'differences in prevalence of immune system-related diseases develops out of the different responses to triggering factors of the susceptible individuals'in the western medical system.This article systematically summarizes the correlation between body constitution in TCM and immunity,as well as regulating body constitution to prevent immune-related diseases.Meanwhile,this article will provide clues for deciphering immune diversity from body composition and the code of immune diversity in the population,and promoting precise diagnosis and treatment.
