摘要
基于传统煤矿安全监控系统采用网络单链路数据传输时速度慢、数据失真以及稳定性差等技术难题,长春兴煤矿信息化部通过技术研究,对井下网络传输系统进行优化改进,采用环网链路传输技术,通过实际应用效果来看,优化改进后解决了传统单链路数据传输时数据稳定性差、失真严重等技术难题,提高了安全监控数据传输稳定性,增强了抗干扰能力,数据传输效率提高了45.7%,系统故障率降低了67.8%,系统维修、保养费用减少了29万元,保障了井下安全高效生产,取得了显著应用成效。
To address technical challenges in traditional coal mine safety monitoring systems,including slow data transmission speed,data distortion,and poor stability with single-link networks.The Information Technology Department of Changchunxing Coal Mine implemented ring network link transmission technology through systematic technical research and optimization of underground network systems.Practical applications demonstrate that this upgrade resolves critical issues of data instability and severe distortion inherent to single-link transmission.Key achievements include:45.7%improvement in data transmission efficiency;67.8%reduction in system failure rate;RMB 290,000 annual savings in maintenance costs.The enhanced system significantly improves data transmission reliability,strengthens anti-interference capability,and ensures safer and more efficient underground production.
