摘要
为研究轨道交通车辆车窗密封胶条修复性能,首先通过制作底层胶粘剂样件,并对底层胶粘剂样件进行耐人工气候老化-高低温循环交变试验模拟车辆车窗密封胶老化情况,随后对老化后的底层胶条进行不同的表面处理方式后涂打新胶条,最后通过胶条剥离测试方法验证新胶条与老化胶条之间接头的破坏模式,从而验证胶条修复性能。验证结果表明,使用7003胶粘剂,同时前处理方式为切除旧胶条表面、刷涂底涂剂可获得最优修复效果。
In order to study the repair performance of the window sealant strip of rail transit vehicles,the bottom adhesive sample was first made,and the artificial climate aging-high and low temperature cyclic alternating test was carried out on the bottom adhesive sample to simulate the aging of the vehicle window sealant,and then the aging of the bottom adhesive strip was coated with a new rubber strip after different surface treatments,and finally the damage mode of the joint between the new rubber strip and the aging rubber strip was verified by the strip peeling test method,so as to verify the repair performance of the rubber strip.The verification results showed that the best repair effect could be obtained by using 7003 adhesives,pre-treatment with removing the surface of the old adhesive strip and brushing the primer.
