摘要
针对化工厂建筑工程机械设备安全管理中存在的问题,从技术、管理和数据三个层面展开研究。文章通过构建设备全生命周期管理模式,建立动态风险评估与实时监控系统,完善智能化应急响应与事故溯源机制。结合某化工园区500 MW级燃煤电厂机组案例进行验证,研究结果显示该模式使设备缺陷预警发现率达85%,检修次数降低50%,设备运行效率提升1.2百分点,实现了设备安全管理的智能化和精准化。
Addressing issues in the safety management of mechanical equipment during chemical plant construction projects,this study conducts research from technical,managerial,and data perspectives.By constructing a whole-life cycle management model for equipment,establishing a dynamic risk assessment and real-time monitoring system,and refining an intelligent emergency response and accident traceability mechanism,comprehensive improvements are achieved.Validation through a case study of a 500 MW coal-fired power plant unit in a chemical industrial park demonstrates that this approach increases equipment defect warning detection rates to 85%,reduces maintenance frequency by 50%,and enhances equipment operational efficiency by 1.2 percentage points.The results confirm the realization of intelligent and precision-driven equipment safety management.
