摘要
针对城市地下空间开发中盾构下穿河流及桥梁的技术挑战,系统分析了工程地质特性、水文条件及桥梁结构特点,提出基于土压平衡盾构的施工安全技术控制体系。通过大村河桥工程实证,验证了注浆加固、参数优化及信息化监控等关键技术的有效性,成功将地表沉降控制在-2.99 mm、桥墩倾斜率0.0012,为同类工程提供了可复用的技术路径。
Aiming at the technical challenges of shield tunneling under rivers and bridges in urban underground space development,this paper systematically analyzes the engineering geological characteristics,hydrological conditions,and bridge structural features,proposing a construction safety control system based on earth pressure balance(EPB)shield.Through the empirical verification of the Dacun River Bridge project,the effectiveness of key technologies such as grouting reinforcement,parameter optimization,and information-based monitoring was validated.The surface settlement was successfully controlled within-2.99 mm and the pier inclination rate was 0.0012,providing a reusable technical approach for similar engineering projects.
