摘要
受赋体与骈体文风的影响,魏晋南北朝时期众多批评家皆采用对偶与用典来从事文学批评,赋予此阶段批评文体浓郁的诗性特征和文化品格。文论家以对偶论文,先后经历了初步探索、自觉使用和鲜明追求三大阶段,他们在单句对、双句对等方面娴熟使用各种技巧,变化方式创制丽辞妙篇,使批评文体产生对称、和谐之美感,调动了读者联想,呈现出难得的节奏和韵律,体现出一种求变化、忌单调的审美趣味。典故的大量使用增强了言理的说服力,赋予文体含蓄意味,提升其知识含量。对偶与用典对魏晋南北朝批评文体产生了重要的美学功效。
Influenced by the fu(rhapsody)style and the parallel-prose style,numerous critics during the Wei,Jin,and Southern and Northern Dynasties employed antithesis and allusion in their literary criticism,endowing the critical writings of this period with rich poetic characteristics and cultural qualities.Literary theorists utilized antithesis in their essays,progressing through three stages:initial exploration,conscious application,and distinct pursuit.They skillfully employed various techniques in single-sentence and double-sentence antithesis,creating beautiful rhetorical expressions through innovative transformations,which imparted a sense of symmetry and harmony to the critical writings,stimulated readers'associations,and presented rare rhythms and cadences,reflecting an aesthetic taste that sought variation and avoided monotony.The extensive use of allusions enhanced the persuasiveness of arguments,imparted a sense of subtlety to the style,and increased its intellectual content.Antithesis and allusion had significant aesthetic effects on the critical writings of the Wei,Jin,and Southern and Northern Dynasties.
