摘要 根据以培养应用型人才为目标的本科院校,针对目前《电力电子技术》教学内容多、理论性强的现状,提出基于OBE-CDIO的教学模式,学生作为课堂的主人,培养学生的独立性、主动性和创造性,充分发掘个人价值与潜力,使其能在掌握理论知识的同时,有更多理论与实践相结合的机会。OBE-CDIO模式的教学特点是在教学过程中突出学生的主体地位,注重知识的迁移运用,让学生在探究中学到知识和运用知识。教学改革表明根据OBE-CDIO教育理念组织和实施的教学活动中,学生的学习主动性及知识的迁移能力明显提升,创新能力得到很好地锻炼,切实增强学生将理论知识应用于实际的能力,显著提升其在工程领域的创新水平。 For undergraduate colleges aiming to cultivate application-oriented talents,and in view of the current situation of〈Power Electronics Technology〉—which features extensive teaching content and a strong theoretical focus—a teaching model based on OBE-CDIO is proposed,positioning students as the central figures in the classroom,fostering their independence,initiative,and creativity,fully exploring their personal value and potential,and enabling them to master theoretical knowledge while gaining more opportunities to integrate theory with practice.The OBE-CDIO model emphasizes students'central role in the teaching process,focuses on the transfer and application of knowledge,and enables students to learn and apply knowledge through inquiry.The teaching reform demonstrates that in instructional activities organized and implemented based on the OBE-CDIO educational philosophy,students'learning initiative and ability to transfer knowledge have been significantly enhanced.Their innovation ability has been effectively developed,their capacity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems has been strengthened,and their innovative competence in the engineering field has been significantly improved.
