摘要
跨国企业的经营环境日益复杂,各国法律法规文化差异和监管要求形成了治理阻碍。基于办公自动化技术视域下,剖析跨国企业在合同合规管理中面临的困境,阐述办公自动化技术在合同合规管理中的赋能作用,并给出具体的合同合规管理的路径,以期推进跨国企业合同合规治理和风险防范建设。
The business environment for multinational enterprises is becoming increasingly complex,with differences in laws,regulations,and regulatory requirements across countries posing governance challenges.From the perspective of office automation technology,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by multinational enterprises in contract compliance management,discusses the enabling role of office automation technology in contract compliance management,and proposes concrete pathways for contract compliance management,aiming to strengthen compliance governance and risk prevention in multinational enterprises.
