摘要
郭维琴教授在治疗心系疾病方面积累了丰富的经验。郭维琴治疗冠心病,首先进行西医诊断,然后进行中医辨证治疗,在确立理法方药过程中重视对疾病病因病机的分析。郭维琴认为烦劳过度、年老体虚、饮食和情志所伤是心绞痛的主要病因。心绞痛总属本虚标实,气虚血瘀是最常见的证候,益气活血是总治疗原则,自拟益气活血汤取得了显著的临床治疗效果。本文从病证结合的角度详细解析郭维琴治疗冠心病心绞痛的思路和用药经验,旨在传播名老中医的学术思想。
Professor Guo Weiqin has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.When treating coronary heart disease,she first conducts a western medical diagnosis and then applies syndrome differentiation for TCM treatment,placing great emphasis on analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease during the process of establishing the treatment principles and prescriptions.Professor Guo believes that overwork,aging,dietary habits,and emotional factors are the main causes of angina pectoris.Angina is generally considered to be a condition characterized by deficiency at the root and excess at the surface,with Qi deficiency and blood stasis being the most common syndrome pattern.The general treatment principle is to invigorate Qi and activate blood circulation.She has developed a self-formulated prescription called Yiqi Huoxue Tang,which has shown significant clinical effectiveness.This article provides a detailed analysis of Guo Weiqin's approach to the treatment of angina pectoris from the perspective of syndrome differentiation combined with disease diagnosis,aiming to promote the academic thoughts of this renowned traditional Chinese medicine expert.
