摘要
帕金森病是神经内科临床常见病症之一,病因复杂,病程较长,症状多变,目前尚无有效方法将其治愈。王亚丽认为导致帕金森病发病的根本原因是患者肝肾不足,日久无力推动气血运行,致瘀血、痰浊由内而生,痰瘀互结,阻滞筋脉,致其逐渐失养而发为颤证,同时痰瘀胶结日久易化毒毁脑髓,损伤脑神。王亚丽治疗帕金森病的临床经验颇丰,常根据临床证候的不同,病程不同,兼夹症不同,灵活地运用对药,如生龙骨-生牡蛎、僵蚕-蝉蜕、土茯苓-威灵仙、白芍-生甘草、羌活-鸡血藤和角药,如天麻-钩藤-石决明、白芍-元胡-白蒺藜、柴胡-葛根-豨莶草、天麻-防风-路路通、黄精-首乌-山茱萸、佛手-僵蚕-合欢花等进行辨证施治,均可有效改善帕金森病患者症状,效果显著。
Parkinson's disease is one of the common neurological conditions in clinical practice.Its etiology is complex,the course of the disease is long,and the symptoms are changeable.Currently,there is no effective method to completely cure it.Dr.Wang Yali believes that the fundamental cause of Parkinson's disease is the deficiency of liver and kidney in patients.Over time,this leads to insufficient Qi and blood circulation,resulting in the formation of blood stasis and phlegm-damp.The accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis blocks the meridians,leading to progressive malnutrition and the development of tremor syndrome.Moreover,the long-term combination of phlegm and blood stasis may transform into toxins,damaging the brain marrow and impairing the brain spirit.Dr.Wang Yali has rich clinical experience in treating Parkinson's disease.She often uses pair of Chinese medicines,such as Sheng Longgu(Draconis Os)-Sheng Muli(Ostreae Concha),Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus)-Chantui(Cicadae Periostracum),Tufuling(Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma)-Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Sheng Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix)-Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis).Triple combinations of Chinese medicines,such as Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)-Gouteng(Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis)-Shijueming(Haliotidis Concha),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Yuanhu(Corydalis Rhizoma)-Baijili(Tribuli Fructus),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)-Xixiancao(Siegesbeckiae Herba),Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)-Fangfeng(Saposhnikovia divaricata)-Lulutong(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)-Shouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)-Shanzhuyu(Corni Fructus),Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus)-Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus)-Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos),according to different clinical syndromes,disease stages,and accompanying symptoms.These treatments have been shown to effectively improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients with significant results.
