摘要
目的:制定影像引导肺部肿瘤微波消融手术围术期护理专家共识。方法:检索国内外文献,进行分析,形成影像引导肺部肿瘤微波消融手术围术期护理专家共识初稿,进行专家咨询,对共识内容进行调适、修改和完善。结果:共进行2轮专家咨询,问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.964,第2轮专家咨询各条目的重要性均分为4.56~5.00分,肯德尔和谐系数为0.155(P<0.05),各条目变异系数为0.00~0.22。形成的影像引导肺部肿瘤微波消融手术围术期护理专家共识共包括手术室管理、术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、出院指导5部分内容。结论:影像引导肺部肿瘤微波消融手术围术期护理专家共识可为病人的护理提供循证依据,减少病人相关并发症的发生,提高治疗安全性、有效性及舒适性。
Objective:To develop an expert consensus on perioperative care of lung tumor patients undergoing image-guided microwave ablation.Methods:Chinese and international literature was retrieved and analyzed to initial expert consensus on perioperative care of image-guided microwave ablation of lung tumor patients.Expert consultation were conducted to adjust,revise,and refine the consensus content.Results:Two rounds of expert consultation were completed.The questionnaire response rates were 100%in both rounds.The expert authority coefficient was 0.964.In the second round,the mean importance scores of each item ranged from 4.56 to 5.00.The Kendall's harmony coefficient was 0.155(P<0.05).The variation coefficients of each item ranged from 0.00 to 0.22.The final expert consensus on perioperative care of image-guided microwave ablation of lung tumor patients comprised five sections,namely operating room management,preoperative care,intraoperative care,postoperative care,and discharge guidance.Conclusions:The expert consensus on perioperative care of lung tumor patients undergoing image-guided microwave ablation could provide evidence-based guidance for patient care,reduce the incidence of related complications,and enhance the safety,efficacy,and comfort of treatment.
