摘要
在皖南烟区开展田间裂区试验,设置了3个氮肥水平(97.5、112.5、127.5 kg/hm^(2))和3个种植密度(120 cm×60 cm、120 cm×55 cm、120 cm×50 cm)共9个处理,探究各处理对烟叶生长发育、理化性质及产量品质的影响。结果表明:N2D2处理(施氮量112.5 kg/hm^(2)+种植密度120 cm×55 cm)显著促进了总糖和还原糖的积累;改善了上部烟叶的化学成分协调性,单叶重和含梗率控制在合理范围;烟叶外观和感官质量评价综合分值较高,在优化上部烟叶产量和品质方面综合表现较优。因此,建议皖南平整烟田采用适量施氮+中等种植密度组合处理,在保证皖南烟区平整烟田烟叶产量的同时提升烟叶品质,保障烟农的经济效益。
A split-plot field experiment was conducted in southern Anhui.Three nitrogen levels(97.5,112.5 and 127.5 kg/hm^(2))and three planting densities(120 cm×60 cm,120 cm×55 cm and 120 cm×50 cm)were tested to analyze their effects on the growth,development,physicochemical properties,yield and quality of tobacco leaves.The results showed that N2D2 treatment(nitrogen application rate 112.5 kg/hm^(2)+planting density 120 cm×55 cm)significantly promoted the accumulation of total sugar and reducing sugar,improved the chemical composition coordination of the upper tobacco leaves and the single-leaf weight.Stem holdup were controlled within a reasonable range.The comprehensive score of the appearance and sensory quality evaluation of tobacco leaves was relatively high,and the overall performance in optimizing the yield and quality of upper tobacco leaves was superior.Therefore,it is suggested that the flat tobacco fields in southern Anhui adopt a combined treatment of moderate nitrogen application and medium planting density.Ensuring the tobacco leaf yield in the flat tobacco fields of southern Anhui while significantly improving the quality of tobacco leaves and safeguarding the economic benefits of tobacco farmers.
