摘要
为加快推动海上光伏项目的规模化建设,从设计和施工方面开展海上光伏项目降本增效分析。通过已建项目实践与国内外文献调研,提出基于设计施工一体化的桩基固定式海上光伏项目成本优化理念,在总布置方案、电气设备与集电线路敷设、支架结构设计各环节,系统考虑施工影响因素,综合分析项目技术创新方法与降本增效路径。结果表明:光伏支架宜采用螺栓球抽空网架形式,其单套网架安装工期相比焊接球网架工期可缩短1/3;施工方面应以提升海上作业窗口期利用率为核心,合理安排海陆施工设备投入及工序计划。研究成果可为海上光伏项目经济性建设提供参考。
To accelerate the large-scale construction of offshore photovoltaic projects,this study conducts an analysis on cost reduction and efficiency improvement for offshore photovoltaic projects from the perspectives of design and construction.Based on the practice of completed projects and domestic and foreign literature research,it proposes a cost optimization concept for pile-fixed offshore photovoltaic projects based on integrated design and construction.In various links such as the general layout scheme,electrical equipment and collection line laying,and support structure design,construction-influencing factors are systematically considered,and the project's technical innovation methods and cost reduction&efficiency improvement paths are comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the photovoltaic support should adopt the form of bolted spherical evacuated space truss,and the installation period of a single set of space truss can be shortened by 1/3 compared with that of welded spherical space truss.In terms of construction,the core should be to improve the utilization rate of offshore operation windows,and reasonably arrange the input of land and sea construction equipment and process plans.The research results can provide a reference for the economical construction of offshore photovoltaic projects.
