摘要
某65Mn钢减振弹簧在使用一年后发生断裂。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析,以及硬度、金相组织及断口微观检测等方法对弹簧的断裂原因进行研究。结果表明:坯料表面的氧化皮没有清除干净,拔丝时形成折叠和微小裂纹,在交变载荷的作用下,裂纹不断扩展,最终发生了疲劳断裂。
A 65Mn steel damping spring fractured after one year of service.The fracture cause was investigated through macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,and microscopic fracture surface analysis.The results indicate that residual mill scale on the billet surface was not completely removed,leading to the formation of folds and micro-cracks during wire drawing.Under alternating loads,these cracks progressively propagated,eventually leading to fatigue fracture.
