摘要
为提高对湿热海洋环境中电气设备真实运行环境的模拟准确率,设计了基于盐雾浓度和相对湿度协同控制的湿热海洋环境下电气设备试验设备。该设备可以通过盐雾浓度和相对湿度协同控制,准确模拟被测电气设备的实际服役湿热海洋环境。为验证所设计的试验设备的有效性,在某城市海岸附近露天湿热环境和试验设备内同时开展了设备腐蚀测试试验。测试试验结果验证了所设计试验设备和该设备参数设置方法对电气设备真实运行环境模拟的有效性和合理性。
To improve the simulation accuracy of the real operating environment of electrical equipment in the humid and hot ocean environment,a test equipment for electrical equipment in the humid and hot ocean environment was designed based on the collaborative control of salt spray concentration and relative humidity.The device can accurately simulate the actual service wet and hot marine environment of the measured electrical equipment through the collaborative control of salt spray concentration and relative humidity.To verify the effectiveness of the designed test equipment,corrosion tests were carried out simultaneously in an open humid and hot environment near the coast of a city and in the test equipment.The test results verified the validity and rationality of the designed test equipment and the parameter setting method to simulate the real operating environment of electrical equipment.
