摘要
中华文化认同构建是推进边疆治理有效的核心要义。历史上,构建边疆各民族中华文化认同,始终是边疆治理的重要内容和推进路径。当前,以中华文化认同构建继续深入推进边疆治理,对实现边疆政治稳定、经济发展、社会和谐及文化传承创新等具有十分重要的时代意义。在现实困境方面,边疆地区现阶段仍面临如何更加妥善地协调多元的各民族文化与作为一体的中华文化之间张力关系问题,其诸多表现直接或间接地影响边疆治理。现阶段,在指导思想上应正确把握中华文化和各民族文化的辩证关系,在策略方案上应不断拓展中华文化传播和加强各民族文化融通,在支持保障上应进一步加大各类资源投入力度和匹配度等,为构建稳固的中华文化认同及推进边疆治理提供可行的实践路径。
The construction of Chinese cultural identity is the core meaning of promoting effective border governance.Historically,it has always been an important content and a propulsion path of border governance to build the identity of border ethnic groups with Chinese culture.Currently,continuing to deepen border governance through the construction of Chinese cultural identity is of indispensable historical significance for achieving political stability,economic development,social harmony,and cultural inheritance and innovation in border areas.In terms of practical challenges,border areas still face the problem of how to better coordinate the tension between diverse ethnic cultures and the integrated Chinese culture,which directly or indirectly affects the effectiveness of border governance.At present,in terms of guiding ideology,it is essential to accurately grasp the dialectical relationship between Chinese culture and various ethnic cultures.Strategically,efforts should focus on expanding the dissemination of Chinese culture and enhancing the integration of ethnic cultures.In terms of support and guarantees,increased investment and resource allocation are necessary to provide a viable practical pathway for building a stable Chinese cultural identity and advancing border governance.
