摘要
为研究管片拼装过程橡胶密封垫堆积变形规律,设计橡胶密封垫滑动试验装置,开展润滑、张开量、多次试拼、加筋等工况下滑动试验,分析不同工况下密封垫堆积变形规律。研究结果表明:(1)封顶块管片拼装时,后角密封垫易堆积挤出,最大堆积量为23.96 mm,堆积使封顶块和邻接块后角密封垫产生较大高差,下一环拼装时易造成该“T”形缝处密封垫难以压缩到位而出现渗漏;(2)未润滑时封顶块前角密封垫易卷入封顶块与邻接块拼缝中,拼装力增大到润滑工况的4.25倍,角部堆积变形随之急剧增大;(3)密封垫堆积变形易造成角部密封垫脱落,多次试拼装会导致脱落范围逐渐增大,增加角部密封垫堆积量,如第二次拼装时后角堆积量相比第一次增加33.3%;(4)密封垫加筋能一定程度提高密封垫的抗拉性能,减小密封垫拉伸变形,封顶块管片前端采用加筋密封垫,能降低封顶块前角密封垫卷入拼缝的风险。
To investigate the accumulated deformation behavior of rubber sealing gaskets during the assembly of tunnel segments,a sliding test device was developed.Sliding tests were conducted under conditions,including lubrication,opening width,multiple trial assemblies,and reinforcement,to analyze the accumulated deformation behavior under different working scenarios.The results showed that:(1)during the assembly of top block segments,the rear corner sealing gaskets tended to accumulate and extrude,with a maximum accumulation of 23.96 mm.This accumulation caused a significant height difference between the gaskets at the rear corners of the top block and the adjacent block.When assembling the next ring,this made it difficult to fully compress the sealing gasket at the T-shaped joint,potentially resulting in leakage.(2)Without lubrication,the sealing gasket at the front corner of the top block was easily caught in the joint between the top block and the adjacent block.The assembly force increased to 4.25 times that under lubricated conditions,and the accumulated deformation at the corners increased sharply.(3)Accumulated deformation of the sealing gasket easily caused detachment of the corner sealing gaskets.Multiple trial assemblies gradually expanded the detachment area and intensified the accumulated deformation of the corner sealing gaskets.For example,during the second assembly,the rear corner accumulation increased by 33.3%compared to the first.(4)Reinforcing the sealing gasket improved its tensile strength to a certain extent and reduced the tensile deformation.Using reinforced sealing gaskets at the front end of the top block segment reduced the risk of the front corner sealing gasket being caught in the joint.
