摘要
培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,是新工科背景下产教融合的核心任务。针对产教融合中校企教育理念、价值目标等方面的分歧,开展课程教学改革和创新育人模式的研究。依托学校创新实践和学科竞赛的资源优势,基于建构主义理论建立“听得懂、学得会、能应用”三层递进的混合式课程教学模式;“政产教”联合建设产教融合基地,打造“研学用”一体的创新创业教育生态圈,可为地方高校的产教融合和新工科建设提供参考。
Training high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability is the key task of industry-education integration in the context of Emerging Engineering Education(EEE).Addressing the differences in educational philosophies and value goals between universities and enterprises,curriculum reform and innovative education model are researched in this paper.Leveraging our advantages of innovation practices and subject competitions,a three-tiered progressive hybrid course teaching model based on constructivist theory is established,characterized by"understandable,learnable,and applicable"stages.Based on the joint construction of industry-government-education,an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem that integrates research,learning,and application is achieved,which can serve as a reference for the industry-education integration and EEE of regional universities.
