摘要
目的 浅析本森放松技术对中青年维持性血液透析患者疲乏及志气缺失的影响。方法 研究时间为2023年7月至2024年6月,研究样本为在某院血液透析中心接受维持性血液透析治疗的72例中青年终末期肾脏病患者。随机数字表法下,患者均分为实验、对照二组各36例;对照组常规血透护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施本森放松技术;对比两组护理前后在Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)、中文版志气缺失量表(DS-MV)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)差异,最后比较满意度差异。结果 干预前,两组之间的RPFS、DS-MV、SAS、SDS、PSQI评分比较,P>0.05;干预后,实验组上述评分均低于对照组,满意度亦更高,(P<0.05)。结论 本森放松技术能够有效改善中青年维持性血液透析患者的疲乏和志气缺失问题,继而改善患者情绪与睡眠质量,应用后的满意度高。
Objective To analyze the effect of Benson's relaxation technique on fatigue and lack of ambition in young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The study period was from July 2023 to June 2024,and the study sample was 72 young and middle-aged patients with end-stage kidney disease receiving maintenance hemodialysis in a hemodialysis center of a hospital.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the experimental group(n=36)and the control group(n=36);where the control group received routine hemodialysis care,and the experimental group followed the control group;compare the differences between the Piper fatigue Scale(RPFS),Chinese version of the Loss Scale(DSMV),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),and the difference in nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,RPFS,DS-MV,SADS,SDS and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,experimental groupThe above scores were lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,which tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benson's relaxation technology can effectively improve the fatigue and lack of ambition of young and middleaged maintenance hemodialysis patients,and then improve the mood and sleep quality of patients,and have high satisfaction after application.
