摘要
化工行业火灾事故偶有发生,传统调查方法难以精准识别复杂致灾机制,亟须构建科学系统的调查体系。文章研究了化工火灾事故调查方法,分析了现场勘查、物证分析、模拟实验、数值仿真及三维重构等技术在火灾重构与原因溯源中的应用,探讨了事故链推演与关键参数敏感性分析对火灾演化机理的影响。文章构建的多维度、多尺度集成化调查方法体系可提升火灾事故重构精度与因果链追溯能力,为事故预防、责任认定及安全管理提供科学依据。
Fire accidents in the chemical industry pose challenges for traditional investigation methods in accurately identifying complex disaster mechanisms,necessitating the development of a systematic and scientif ic investigation framework.This paper examines f ire accident investigation methods in the chemical industry,analyzes the application of on-site inspection,physical evidence analysis,simulation experiments,numerical simulations,and 3D reconstruction in f ire reconstruction and cause tracing,and explores the impact of accident chain deduction and key parameter sensitivity analysis on f ire evolution mechanisms.The proposed multi-dimensional and multi-scale integrated investigation methodology enhances the accuracy of f ire accident reconstruction and causal chain tracing,providing scientif ic support for accident prevention,liability determination,and safety management.
