摘要
探讨了城市风貌导控的规划体系构建与成果应用,并以山南市的建筑特色管控与城市设计为例进行分析。提出了一套基于城市可识别性的总体规划策略,通过“总体控制+分区分级分功能”的风貌导控规划体系进行设计引导和管控,并构建“3+2+1”的风貌导控规划成果应用体系,形成了城市风貌管控的整体框架。研究成果旨在为山南市提供城市风貌导控的新思路和方法,也为其他城市在城镇化进程中的风貌引导和控制提供有益参考。
This study explores the construction and application of urban landscape control planning systems,using the architectural feature control and urban design of Shannan city as a case study.The study proposes an overall planning strategy based on urban identifiability,guiding,and controlling landscape design through a"general control+zoning and grading by function"framework.It establishes a"3+2+1"application system for landscape control planning outcomes,forming a comprehensive framework for urban landscape management.The research aims to provide new ideas and methods for Shannan landscape control and hopes to offer valuable references for other cities in guiding and controlling their landscapes during the urbanization process.
