航天智慧发射场系统在长征六号甲运载火箭发射中的创新应用

摘要 为了适配长征六号甲运载火箭发射任务需求,太原卫星发射中心建设了新型发射工位,并构建了国内首个航天智慧发射场系统。本文介绍了航天智慧发射场系统的总体框架设计,讨论了数字孪生、模块化可重构设备、大模型和机器人等技术与发射场的融合方式,以及智慧发射场系统在航天发射活动中的工程应用。实践表明:智慧发射场系统能够显著提高航天发射场的信息化、智能化水平,通过提供发射流程自动执行与过程管控、箭地全系统多场景态势智能感知、任务过程安全控制、地面设备数字化运维管理等一系列服务,提升航天发射场的发射保障服务能力。 To meet the launch mission requirements of the Long March 6A rocket,the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center has constructed a new launch position and took the lead in establishing China′s first Smart Space Launch Site System.This paper introduces the overall framework design of the smart launch site system,discusses the integration approaches of technologies such as digital twin,modular reconfigurable equipment,large models,and robotics with the launch site,as well as the engineering applications of the system in space launch activities.Practices have shown that the construction of the smart launch site system can significantly improve the informationization and intelligence level of the space launch site.A series of services and applications,including the automatic execution and process control of launch procedures,intelligent multi-scenario situation awareness for the rocket-ground full-system,safety control of mission processes,and digital operation and maintenance management of ground equipment,effectively enhance the launch support service capability of the space launch site.
