摘要
以某电厂汽轮机进水事件为例,通过设计、设备、控制及管理多环节系统性分析,找出了事故原因,提出了从优化设计、完善逻辑到强化管理的综合预防措施,以确保机组安全稳定运行。
Taking a steam turbine water ingress incident at a power plant as an example,this paper conducts a systematic analysis across multiple dimensions—including design,equipment,control,and management—to identify the root causes of the accident.It proposes comprehensive preventive measures from optimizing design,refining control logic to strengthening management,aiming to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power units.
