大学生AIGC虚假信息甄别行为影响因素及提升策略

Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Screening AIGC Disinformation for College Students

摘要 [目的/意义]人工智能生成内容(AIGC)正逐渐呈现出重塑内容创作生态的趋势,AIGC虚假信息的传播速度快、范围广、迷惑性强,大大增加了甄别难度,侵蚀公众信任。高校大学生作为AI技术的主要受众之一,对AIGC具有较高的接受度和熟悉度,因此对大学生群体AIGC虚假信息甄别行为的影响因素进行探究具有重要意义。对于提升大学生AIGC虚假信息甄别能力,扩充延伸高校现行信息素养教育内容,提高大学生人工智能素养具有参考和借鉴价值。[方法/过程]采用半结构式访谈法获取研究语料,基于扎根理论的三级编码程序进行观点归纳。选取14名在校生进行深度访谈收集数据,自下而上归纳出影响大学生群体AIGC虚假信息甄别行为的16个子范畴,并聚焦为个人因素、信息因素、情境因素3个主范畴,构建大学生AIGC虚假信息甄别行为影响因素模型。[结果/结论]个人因素、信息因素、情境因素之间相互作用,最终影响甄别行为。以构建的模型为依据,针对行为触发、过程及结果 3阶段提出大学生AIGC虚假信息甄别能力提升策略:(1)增强甄别动机,设置甄别提示,触发甄别行为;(2)掌握甄别方法,训练批判性思维,优化甄别过程;(3)深耕AI检测技术,普及AI教育,健全AI相关法律法规,多主体协同发力提升甄别效果。 [Purpose/Significance]Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)is gradually showing a trend of reshaping the content creation ecosystem.AIGC disinformation spreads quickly,widely,and confusingly,which greatly increases the difficulty of identification and erodes public trust.As one of the main audiences of AI technology,college students have a high level of acceptance and familiarity with AIGC,so it is of great significance to explore the factors influencing college students’behavior in screening AIGC disinformation.The results of the study have reference and informative value for improving college students’ability to screen AIGC disinformation,expanding and extending the current information literacy education content in colleges and universities,and enhancing college students’AI literacy.[Method/Process]This study adopted semi-structured interview method to obtain the research corpus,and summarized the viewpoints based on the grounded theory.The researchers selected 14 students to conduct in-depth interviews to collect data,summarized the 16 subcategories affecting the AIGC disinformation identification behavior,and focused them into the 3 main categories of personal factors,informational factors,and situational factors,to construct a model of the influencing factors of the college students’AIGC disinformation screening behavior.[Result/Conclusion]Personal factors,information factors,and situational factors interact with each other,and finally affect the screening behavior.Based on the constructed model,strategies for improving college students’AIGC disinformation screening ability are proposed in three stages:behavior trigger,process,and outcome.These strategies include:①enhancing the motivation to screen,setting up prompts for screening,and triggering screening behavior;②mastering methods of screening,training critical thinking skills,and optimizing the screening process;③deepening the development of AI detection technology,popularizing AI education,and improving AI-related laws and regulations,with multiple stakeholders working collaboratively to enhance the effectiveness of screening.
