宁钢1号高炉大修后的技术进步

摘要 从工艺装备、原燃料质量及操业技术等方面对宁钢1号高炉大修后的技术进步进行了总结:①高炉炉型设计更加矮胖,高径比降到2.185;优化了炉缸炉底内衬,采用进口超微孔大块炭砖,取消了陶瓷杯结构;上料、炉体、出铁场、热风炉及除尘系统应用了新工艺、新设备。②通过推进内部精细化管理,稳定了烧结矿质量,改善了焦炭质量。③上部装料形成“平台+中心焦”基本制度,实现了高炉透气性和煤气利用率的平衡;同时加强炉温趋势管理,炉温的稳定性逐步改善;2020-2023年,风温利用水平逐步提高,煤比进一步升高,燃料比稳定在506~508kg/t。 It is summarized the technological progress achieved in the revamped No.1 blast furnace of Ningbo Iron and Steel,and the progress is mainly manifested by the improvements in technological equipment,quality of raw materials and fuel,and operational technique:(1)the dumpy furnace profile is adopted with the height-to-diameter ratio of the furnace reduced to 2.185;the furnace lining is optimized by using the imported large ultra-microporous carbon bricks at hearth and bottom without ceramic cup structure used any longer;new technologies and equipment are applied in the charging system,furnace body,casthouse,hot blast stove,and dedusting system.(2)in-plant delicacy management is implemented,promoting the stabilization of the sinter quality,and improvement of the coke quality.(3)the mode of"platform+central coke"is determined as the basic charging system,which ensures a balance between furnace permeability and gas utilization rate;The the furnace temperature trend management is enhanced,leading to more stable furnace temperature;From 2020 to 2023,both the blast temperature utilization rate and the coal rate are improved,and the fuel rate stabilizes at 506-508kg/t.
