摘要
针对风力发电机组叶片采用金属铅配重造成雷击问题,结合静电场理论,利用有限元软件COMSOL进行仿真研究。研究结果表明,添加金属配重后,叶片配重物外部区域电场强度由0.160 MV/m增至0.192 MV/m,增加约20%;叶片内、外层材料内的场强在靠近配重物处,由0.04 MV/m增至0.09 MV/m,增幅超过2倍,并在配重物顶角处达到最大值,金属配重物导致叶片周围电场均出现不同程度畸变,增加了该区域雷击概率。
Aim at the issue that the metal balancing weights of wind turbine blades may increase the risk of lightning strikes.The problem can be analyzed using electrostatic field theory with software Comsol.Research shows that the electric field intensity around the outer region of the blades increases from 0.160 MV/m to 0.192 MV/m,after adding metal balancing weights,representing a 20 percent increase.The electric field intensity in both the inner and outer layers of blades material increases from 0.04 MV/m to 0.09 MV/m,more than doubling,with the maximum values appearing at the top corner of the metal balancing weight.In conclusion,the metal balancing weights cause varying degrees of distortion in the electric field around the blades,thereby increasing the probability of lightning strike in the area.
