摘要
推进农业农村现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务。文章基于2013—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证考察了金融科技对农业农村现代化的影响效应和作用机制。研究发现:第一,金融科技对农业农村现代化有显著的促进作用;第二,机制分析结果表明,金融科技通过培育农村产业新动能、加速农村产业结构优化的方式驱动农业农村现代化;第三,异质性分析结果表明,金融科技对农业农村现代化的影响效应在经济欠发达地区、金融发展水平较高的地区更显著。应加快推动金融科技创新,着力完善农村地区基础设施建设,为扎实推进农业农村现代化奠定基础。
Promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a major task in building a modern socialist country in all respects.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2023,this paper empirically examines the impact effect and mechanism of FinTech on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The research findings are as follows:First,Fin-Tech has a significant promoting effect on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Second,the mechanism analysis results show that FinTech drives the modernization of agriculture and rural areas by cultivating new growth drivers for rural industries and accelerating the optimization of rural industrial structure.Third,the heterogeneity analysis results reveal that the impact of Fin-Tech on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is more pronounced in economic less-developed regions and regions with higher financial development levels.It is proposed to accelerate the promotion of financial innovation,focus on improving infrastructure in rural areas,and lay a solid foundation for the steady advancement of modernization in agriculture and rural areas.
