摘要
以广东省为研究对象,运用区位熵方法对广东省高新技术产业集聚进行测度,探讨其空间集聚特点及演变规律,并深入研究高新技术产业集聚对广东省经济发展的影响。研究结果表明:广东省高新技术产业呈现出高度空间集聚的特征,主要集中在珠三角地区,地域集中度高,专业化分工明显,创新资源丰富。高新技术产业集聚通过促进经济增长方式转变、提升自主创新能力、推动产业结构优化升级等途径,对广东省经济发展产生了显著的促进作用。基于此,从制定差异化的产业集聚政策、加强创新要素的集聚和配置、完善高新技术产业链条、推动产业国际化等方面提出了进一步促进广东省高新技术产业集聚发展的政策建议。
Taking Guangdong Province as the research object,thestudy measures the agglomeration of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province by using the location entropy method,explores its spatial agglomeration characteristics and evolution laws,and deeply studies the impact of the agglomeration of high-tech industries on the economic development of Guangdong Province.The research results show that the high-tech industries in Guangdong Province present a highly spatially agglomerated feature,mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region,with high regional concentration,obvious specialized division of labor,and rich innovation resources.The agglomeration of high-tech industries promotes the economic development of Guangdong Province through promoting the transformation of economic growth mode,enhancing independent innovation ability and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Based on this,policy suggestions are put forward to further promote the development of the agglomeration of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province,including formulating differentiated industrial agglomeration policies,strengthening the agglomeration and allocation of innovation elements,improving the high-tech industrial chain and promoting industrial internationalization.
