摘要
本文系统探讨了在数字经济与影视产业深度融合的背景下,“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的标准化建设逻辑。该模式积极应对行业需求驱动、职教改革要求和学生发展需求。然而,实施过程中面临课程内容难以匹配技术更新、产教融合岗位技能断层、竞赛导向偏离产业前沿、证书认证体系含金量不足及师资与设备资源双重短板等困境。为应对这些挑战,需从顶层设计上制定统一标准框架,从资源整合上打造产业特色平台,从动态优化上完善评价反馈机制。通过标准化建设,影视职业教育将实现产业链、人才链、教育链、创新链的精准对接,为影视产业数字化转型提供人才支持,助力职业教育服务区域经济和产业升级。
This paper systematically explores the standardization logic of the“post-course-competition-certifi cation”integrated education model in the context of deep integration between digital economy and the fi lm-television industry.This model proactively addresses industry demand-driven requirements,vocational education reform imperatives,and student development needs.However,its implementation faces challenges such as curriculum content struggling to keep pace with technological updates,skill gaps in industry-education integration,competition-oriented approaches deviating from industrial frontiers,insuffi cient credibility of certifi cation systems,and dual shortages in faculty and equipment resources.To overcome these obstacles,it is essential to establish a unifi ed standard framework through top-level design,create industry-characteristic platforms via resource integration,and refine evaluation-feedback mechanisms through dynamic optimization.Through standardization construction,fi lm-television vocational education will achieve precise alignment among industrial chains,talent chains,educational chains,and innovation chains,thereby providing talent support for the digital transformation of the fi lm-television industry and enabling vocational education to better serve regional economic development and industrial upgrading.
