人工智能背景下高校教师专业发展的标准化路径 被引量:1

摘要 人工智能快速发展的背景下,高校教师专业发展成为推动教育现代化的关键所在。然而,当前高校教师专业发展存在教学能力标准固化、科研能力评估偏颇、学科知识标准陈旧以及信息素养要求模糊等问题。基于此,本文提出建立教学能力智能评估体系、构建科研能力多元评价机制、开发学科知识监测系统以及制定信息素养分级指标等策略,旨在构建人工智能背景下高校教师专业发展标准化路径,以期研究成果能够为其他学者提供参考与借鉴。 Under the background of the rapid development of artifi cial intelligence,the professional development of college teachers has become the key to promote the modernization of education.However,there are some problems in the professional development of college teachers,such as fi xed teaching ability standards,biased evaluation of scientifi c research ability,outdated discipline knowledge standards and fuzzy information literacy requirements.Based on this,this paper proposes strategies such as establishing an intelligent evaluation system for teaching ability,constructing a multiple evaluation mechanism for scientifi c research ability,developing a subject knowledge monitoring system,and formulating information literacy grading indicators,which aims to build a standardization path for the professional development of college teachers under the background of artifi cial intelligence.The research results are expected to provide references for other scholars.
