高T_c超导薄膜三端器件

HIGH T_c SUPERCONDUCTING THIN FILM THREE TERMINAL DEVICE

摘要 用YBCO超导薄膜研制了具有正常金属栅极的超导三端约瑟夫逊器件,其直流I—V特性曲线与没有金属栅极的微桥特性相比较,有明显的变化。当通过栅极注入准粒子时,器件的临界电流降低,其主要机制可能是注入过剩准粒子导致的非平衡超导电性。 A description of recent work to make three-terminal Josephson devices which have normal metal grid with YBCO superconducting thin films is given in this paper. The change in the, curves of DC I-V characteristics is sharper than that of a microbridge. When quasi-partic-ales were injected through grid, the critical current became lower. It may be the fact that the excess injected guasi-partrcles caused the nonequlibrum superconductivity.
