贵州毕节高海拔地区野生普通油茶抗旱性评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of drought resistance of wild Camellia oleifera in high altitude area of Bijie,Guizhou Province

摘要 【目的】了解贵州高海拔地区野生普通油茶的抗旱性,为高海拔地区油茶抗旱品种选育提供材料基础和理论参考。【方法】以贵州省毕节市威宁县海拔1998 m处发现的野生普通油茶群体优株叶片为材料,测定油茶叶片表型、解剖及生理等22项指标,运用描述性统计、方差分析和单因素分析对基础数据进行分析,对各指标间的关系进行相关性分析,采用隶属函数法和聚类分析法综合评价油茶的抗旱性,筛选出抗旱性强的油茶单株。【结果】根据隶属函数法分析和相关性分析结果,并结合聚类分析结果,从22项指标中筛选出叶面积、气孔密度、叶片厚度和叶脉厚度4项典型指标评价油茶的抗旱性。48株油茶优良单株可被分为4类,第1类群的主要特征为所有指标水平一般,总体抗旱性较弱。第2类群的叶长、叶脉厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮厚度、POD活性及叶绿素总含量指标较小,这类油茶优株的抗旱性总体不强,部分居中。第3类群仅有油茶PT39,其主要特征是具有较大的叶脉厚度和较高的POD活性,气孔密度较低。第4类群仅有油茶PT47,其主要特征是具有较长的叶片,含水率、下表皮厚度和MDA含量均较高。但某些植株的各项指标均处于中上水平,且关键抗旱指标表现突出,因此其抗旱性总体较强,排名靠前。【结论】根据叶面积、气孔密度、叶片厚度和叶脉厚度4项典型指标的平均隶属度,筛选出抗旱性较强的油茶优株有PT47、PT38、PT46、PT39、PT42。 【Objective】In order to investigate the drought resistance of wild Camellia oleifera in high-altitude areas and offering scientific foundation and theoretical reference for drought-resistant varieties in high altitude areas.【Method】We selected wild C.oleifera optimal leaf from Weining County,Bijie City,Guizhou Province,at an elevation of 1998 meters as the experimental material,determination of 22 indexes of C.oleifera leaf phenotype,anatomy and physiology,descriptive and variance analysis and univariate analysis were used to analyze and display the basic data,correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the indexes,and the drought resistance of C.oleifera was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method and cluster analysis method,and individual C.oleifera plants with strong drought resistance were screened out.【Result】According to the membership function method,correlation analysis and cluster analysis,four typical indexes of leaf area,stomatal density,leaf thickness and vein thickness were selected from 22 indexes;48 C.oleifera were divided into 4 categories,and the main characteristics of group 1 were that all the indexes were general,and the overall drought resistance was weak.The leaf length,vein thickness,sponge tissue thickness,lower epidermal thickness,POD activity and total chlorophyll content of group 2 were very small,while the drought resistance of this type of C.oleifera was generally not strong,and some of them were in the middle.Group 3 had only C.oleifera PT39,which was mainly characterized by large vein thickness and POD activity and low stomatal density.The fourth group had only PT47,which was mainly characterized by long leaves,high moisture content,lower epidermal thickness and MDA content.However,certain plants within this group exhibited above-average performance across various indicators,with particularly outstanding key drought resistance metrics,thus demonstrating a generally strong drought resistance,ranking high.【Conclusion】Through the typical indexes of leaf area,stomatal density,leaf thickness,and vein thickness,the average membership degrees of the indices indicate the following ranking of drought resistance:PT47,PT38,PT46,PT39,PT42.
