摘要
为了研究“双碳”目标下建筑业从业人员对绿色建材选择行为的影响因素,通过采用文献综述、问卷调查等方法,构建了绿色建材选择影响因素指标体系,通过SPSS和AMOS软件对数据进行检验以及结构方程模型分析,对所建的模型进行实证分析,得到以下结果:政策因素及技术因素对促进绿色建材的选择有着显著的正向作用,政策因素中的相关性指导政策、技术因素中的房地产发展水平在影响因素中占比较高,经济因素、市场因素、社会因素正向影响绿色建材的选择。研究结果为构建影响绿色建材选择的因素提供实证支持,帮助供应商和政府科学地制定相应的对策,更好地推动绿色建材的高质量发展。
In order to study the influencing factors of green building material selection among construction industry employees under the“Dual-Carbon Goals”,this article adopts research methods such as literature review and questionnaire survey to construct an indicator system.The data is tested using SPSS and AMOS software,and structural equation model analysis is conducted,as well as the Empirical analysis based on the established model.The following results were obtained:policy factors and technological factors have a significant positive effect on promoting the selection of green building materials.The correlation among policy factors guides the development level of real estate in policy and technological factors,which account for a significant proportion of the influencing factors.Population economic factors,market factors,and social factors positively affect the selection of green building materials.The research results provide empirical support for constructing influencing factors on the selection of green building materials,helping suppliers and governments to scientifically formulate corresponding strategies,and better promote the development of green building materials.
