摘要
乳腺肿瘤是母猫高发的疾病之一,而公猫患此病则较为罕见。临床接诊2例患乳腺肿瘤的雄性中华田园猫,经过临床检查、血液学检查、细胞学检查及组织病理学检查进行诊断,确诊为导管内乳头状癌(IPC)。治疗方案以手术为主,分别对2例病猫进行局部乳腺切除术和单侧全乳腺切除术,术后给予抗生素和镇痛药,及对症治疗,术后6个月随访未见复发迹象。该类病例的诊疗过程可为公猫乳腺导管内乳头状癌的诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
Mammary gland tumors are one of the common diseases in female cats,while they are relatively rare in male cats.Two male Chinese Village Cats with mammary gland tumors were admitted for clinical treatment.After clinical examination,hematological examination,cytological examination and histopathological examination,they were diagnosed as intraductal papillary carcinoma(IPC).The treatment plan was mainly surgery.Local breast resection and unilateral total breast resection were performed in the two cases respectively.Antibiotics and analgesics were given after the operation,and symptomatic treatment was provided.No recurrence signs were observed during the 6-month follow-up after the operation.The diagnosis and treatment process of this type of case can provide a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of intraductal papillary carcinoma of mammary glands in male cats.
