摘要
植物提取物具有多种生理功能,近年来作为替抗产品的开发和利用成为研究热点。金银花多糖是金银花主要活性成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节、抗病毒以及降血糖血脂等生理功能,应用于动物生产中可缓解应激、提高机体免疫力和改善产品质量等,有作为替代饲用抗生素添加剂的潜质。本文综述了金银花多糖的提取工艺、主要生理功能及其作用机制,为金银花多糖在动物生产领域中的合理开发和利用提供参考。
Plant extracts possess multiple physiological functions.In recent years,the development and utilization of them as alternative products to antibiotics have become a research focus.Lonicera japonica Thunb polysaccharide,one of the main active components of Lonicera japonica Thunb,has various physiological functions such as antioxidation,anti-inflammation,immune regulation,antiviral activity,and reduction of blood sugar and lipids.When applied in animal production,it can alleviate stress,enhance the immunity of the body and improve product quality,and has the potential to serve as an alternative additive for feed antibiotics.The article reviewed the extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb polysaccharide,its main physiological functions and its mechanism of action,aimed to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of Lonicera japonica Thunb polysaccharide in the field of animal production.
